Members of our staff...
Have been selected by Dr. Carlisle to provide you the best possible experience during your visit to the dentist. Our dental staff has a combined number of 132 years of experience in the dental profession! Most members of our staff have been with Dr. Carlisle for the majority of our careers and a couple have just started their careers with us.
We are family...
Our office is our home, and we want you to feel at home with us.
We may have different job titles, but we all have one duty in common: to go the extra mile and make sure all patients are happy when they leave our office. Below is a little information about each one of us, but we would love for you to come experience our office for yourself and see what we feel makes us unique when it comes to a visit to the dentist.
Rachel Lane
Dr Carlisle's dental assistant, graduated from Pulaski Tech in 2012 and started working for Dr. Carlisle in 2013.
Cheyenne Whitt
Dental assistant, graduated from Pulaski Tech in 2017 and started with Dr. Carlisle upon graduation.
Whitney West
Dental hygienist, graduated from UAMS in 2012 and has been with Dr. Carlisle since graduation.
Melissa
Office manager, handles insurance, billing, other duties of front desk.
She has worked for Dr. Carlisle since 1998.
Cara Long
Dental Hygienist for Dr. Carlisle, graduated from UAMS in 2002 and has been with Dr. Carlisle ever since.
Mandy Pennington
Dental hygienist, graduated from UAMS in 2002 and started working for Dr. Carlisle in 2003.
Michelle Hughes
Scheduling coordinator, started working for Dr. Carlisle in 1990 as a dental assistant. She still fills that role when needed but now works at the front desk and is the person patients talk to most when scheduling, confirming appointments.
Bailey Balisterri
Registered dental hygienist and 2020 graduate of UAMS.
